I found the location of the map!

The real location of the map flies around CP.
Here are the locations:

1)On the signs on the ski mountain.

2)In the ski village on the chairlift.

3)The dock.

4)In the town on the Nightclub sign.

5)Under the Clocktower at the Snow Forts.

To get to the secret forest,creep behind the Tour Guide booth in the Plaza.
